I thought that S3 had a settlement with La Jolla? Never paid much attention to that. If so the Sequoia debt was new debt apparently since there name does not show up in a filing search.
The question begs however as to how much debt we are talking about. Most of the Sequoia deals have been on the smaller side in dollars.
However is it a stinky deal? Was going on to the pinks an intentional deal that would throw the CD into default to allow free trading shares under 3(a)(10)?
MORE IMPORTANTLY, how many other deals are out there? Did S3 stack up financing prior to pinking? How many other lawsuit shares are in the pipeline now?
Is there a LEAK OUT % rate stipulated in the settlement order? If so is the volume being manipulated in order to accommodate sales of these shares?
The S3 saga continues....
BUT BUT BUT WAIT.... How about the new REGDEX? Are heavily discounted lawsuit shares subsidising registered share sales?
Will a market price "private investor" buy show up? LOL. These games are funny and never seem to end.
Oh let me guess, someone is going to call Andrew (yawn) Beyer and get the scoop.
