You are right to feel that way. The last thing I would do is defend MDMN and there buisness sense. But I do believe they have played this deal with Sumi well. To look at the bright side wmo, is that I am not looking to MDMN to pull this one off but rather I am looking to Sumi to pull us out of the fire. They will give us instant credibility and that will be worth the wait. MDMN could not do for us what Sumi will do.
