That is not what Geo is saying or implying. Look at it this way. MDMN is a stinky pink company, Sumi is a first rate company and is very well respected in the mining world. Do you think Sumi would deal with MDMN for a whole year on a piece of property that had even an average potential. Sumi has been all over that mountian. That part of the buisness is straight forward with a company like Sumi. The wrench in this mix is dealing with MDMN and all of it's baggage. Sumi has checked out every detail about MDMN, debt, property ownership, and whatever else could crawl out of the wood work. They want everything looked at so it does not come up after a deal is done. To do all of this in one year is putting it on the fast tract for a company like Sumi and any other company the size of them. Do you have any idea how much time and resources Sumi has put into this? They are not going to walk away at this point, if they were going to walk away it would have been a long time ago. No other company would treat us any different than what Sumi has done. To look at another company at this time would take another year because they would have to cover very inch of the same ground Sumi did. We will get a deal with Sumi and it will be soon. MDMN can not dictate a time line because know one would do buisness with us on anything other that their time line to do all the research properly before they comitted this kind of money. Every one talks about MDMN's responsibility to it's shareholders in getting this deal done in a timely fashion. Now look at this from Sumi's side. They have shareholders that have made a real investment in a legitimate company, they have an obligation to them to make sure this is a good investment that will make them money. They will have to explain to this class of investor why they did buisness with a company like MDMN. If this deal were to blow up on them after it is signed because of something in MDMN's past, heads would role in the boardroom when their shareholders were finished with them. I believe we are close to that deal, will it be this coming week the week after or even a month away I do not know. But in the big leagues of the mining world that is close. Now when you look at the potential upside, thinking that a company like Sumi would be that interested in us. Where else could you buy a piece of the action for the prices we see here. Do your own DD if you are comfortable hold, some have looked at it and are buying and I am sure some have sold and moved on.
