* New CEO On Dec 9th acquired 51.8% of OS, 10M shares at .01 per share

* Got rid of non-producing assets for $384K, net income of $201K

* No rent or lease for office space required

* No salaries being paid to officers

* As a result of the sale of Platinum and CyberStation (In December 2003), we have no revenue and intend to aggressively seek a prospective business acquisition.
