That is true. It would be the float that dictates supply and demand. There is still tthe devaluation of the market cap though.

Here is the previous pinksheet.com data:

Outstanding Shares: 4,900,000,000 as of 2007-03-07

Estimated Market Cap: 2.939M as of 2007-05-04 (based on Outstanding Shares as of 2007-03-07)
Authorized Shares: 11,000,000,000 as of 2007-02-13
Float: 3,500,000,000 as of 2007-02-13
Number of Shareholders of Record: 500 as of 2007-02-13

Here is the current data:

Outstanding Shares: 6,100,000,000 as of 2007-05-07

Estimated Market Cap: 3.05M as of 2007-05-10 (based on Outstanding Shares as of 2007-05-07)
Authorized Shares: 11,000,000,000 as of 2007-05-07
Float: 4,400,000,000 as of 2007-05-07
Number of Shareholders of Record: 500 as of 2007-05-07

You can see the O/S increased by 1.2 billion. The float increased by 900 million, which means only a 300 million increase in restricted shares. Where is the 2 billion put into restricted shares? Have thay not done it yet? If not, then the O/S will go to 8.1 billion when they do?

Maybe when they issue financials they will give us the current O/S, that is more current than 5/7/07.

These are my opinions unless otherwise noted.
