i am thinking that we are all being sued "Indivually" under one headlineSUIT [otherwise how could one defendant be dismissed and others not?]my case against plaintif has no bearing on the next guys case my info is for plaintiff and judge only.if there was only 1 rebuttle attorny for the collective group"class action",however then info should be shared!
