I do not agree with that. It was my impressiion that the members of the board were holding more shares than they knew they would sell in one year, in the best conditions. So why not convert them back and show the stock holders that they would not be selling all there stock this year. Also is it not a fact that they can get a better price on preffered if the company is sold.
