Home of the Brave, the latest film to address the war in Iraq, attempts to deliver an important message about the negative and devastating effects of our nation's war on terror. But the movie has too many flaws to be considered anything more than a noble try. The dialog lacks creativity and subtlety, the direction is mostly generic, some of the acting is overdone and awkward and the story wraps up a little too neatly - and that's just a few of the film's weaknesses.
