Petresa is owned by CEPSA who own most of Spain. Big into bio-fuel (following Brazil's model?) In February '07 filed security docs looking like they are going to increase investment in this area significantly. (it is in Spanish so I don't know what it says). Could be CEPSA has plans for a BIG play in SEA. Alcar brings a lot to the table for them. AND CEPSA is huge!!! JMO
