Well its obvious she wants the shell for something she has been planning for some time, after all, she pulled out the stops and sent her friend to negotiate, plus paid 50 k just to get it back. Unreal.

Great thing bout the shell is, all the debts that remained (if any) are way past any statute of limitations. It must be clean as can be.
