VANCOUVER, BC, Mar 08, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Jim Carroll, president of Virtual Media Holdings Inc. (OTCBB: VMHIF), is pleased to announce the signing of an exclusive advertisement agreement with Mamma.com to sponsor their new video platform. The agreement will run for seven (7) months with an option to extend the agreement. Mamma.com will initially expose www.vmhsales.com to 20,000 unique viewers per day and has plans to launch a campaign to steadily grow the number of unique viewers. The ad is located on every page of Mammavideos.com, Mamma's flagship video search engine that allows internet users to search through streaming video supplied by YouTube.com, Metacafe.com and many others. The ad can be viewed at www.mamma.com by clicking on the "Videos" tab and conducting a search.

This campaign is being run in conjunction with Google and Froogle exposure that should significantly increase our sales and make www.vmhsales.com competitive with companies such as Amazon, e-Bay and Half.com.
