Penny,

What makes you believe that Everybodys phone company is a subsidiary? Just because Bethke made reference to it in a press release when it was ATCT under his control? If you believe anything Bethke puts out you should have your head examined. Everybodys Phone Company has no association with BZTG and neither does Bethke any longer. I believe in the people behind this company and there are many others that beleive in them too, especially since they terminated their association with Stock Charter Group and Bethke. Time will tell.
