GOLD, sorry I can not PM, I am a freeloader. I am sorry he was pissed but sometimes you have to do things that make arguements go away and move to the next set. I did it in the course of my job. We represent several hundred vendors of equipment & engineering & construction services. Everything from piping & control valves to firms large enough to package a Frame-7ea turbine. I wanted to know if there was some thing our clients could profit off of and I sent the info to the VP of the mines & minerals section to see if he could use it.
Now that the question of whether they are building something is settled,Lets cut through the crap and get to the real issues left.
1) How to fund $1.3 million (They will not disclose until the property is theirs).
2) What is there????
3) What will share structure look like as we progress to what ever production there is due to #2.
