the 8 mil was not dilution. EPGL has been dumping at 2,560,000 not 8 million. I also think the dilution is done at a specific average and $.0023 was not a recent average. Like i said I have not seen 8 mil go through and 16 mil wow! But if EPGL is using the higher PPS to dilute with more volume than so be it.
