Myth - LOL. December - the float is between 16m and 28m (with the r/s, Bickel created a magic 12m of preferred shares convertible at 1:1). He is almost certainly dumping them now. Of course, that just confirms he is either (a) in desperate need of cash, or (b) thinks .01 is a good price and he can't PR it up for a better price, or (c) just an idiot who cares not one bit for the common shareholder. My money is on #3. If it weren't for the management, this company could be a huge winner. And it still may be in spite of them.
