Jagman, a 'material event' has not occurred yet. This 'development' was not meant to be plastered (thanx to plasti) all over the board.

It was only Wilshire's hope to begin by gathering a few of the LARGE shareholders together, which I was going to do, thru PM.

It was not meant to be made a big issue, as it has seemingly now become.

When all i's are dotted and all t's crossed, a PR will be forthcoming, and if I'm correct, it will be from Wilshire, not HMGP.

This will alert WS's larger O&G players, rather than Hemi's penny stock players, if only Hemi PR's it.
