I know about this document. I have read it before I jumped in for the first run up. It makes sense to me, that companies managements have shares at different prices than the prices in the public market. There is nothing to worry about if they dont start to dilute them. In Westars PR they said, that they want to have reasonable stock price first after becoming public company (through Terax) and the short squeeze which is in play is helping them to achieve that price, plus there are speculative investors buying. Besides, both these companies have not yet issued PRs about what is happening right now with the companies and the stocks. There is much more to be revealed to us. We are at the beginning of something very interesting. Maybe they want to become NASDAQ big board company, who knows.
