I got some more 1's yesterday, using that technicque, but had sent the buy order prior to the 0.0001's sell-off.

Not 1 share for me, today. I suppose everyone and his mother is bidding 1's today.

People want 1's when they see 1's are served.

"Anticipation" is the word, here.

I always have a buy order at the bid, whenever it is 0.0001 or 0.0002.

If it goes over 0.0003, I flip shares, as I have too many right now.

I have way over 250 Million shares, and many orders @0.0001 waiting there.

I'm trying to have my average the nearest to 0.0001 possible, and then I'll keep 200 million shares after flipping on any short runs that we might have.

My theory is:

(a) nobody converted and the not-knowing the restricted O/S will let SW buyback cheap.

(b) insiders and well informed SW friends have converted, and want to clean the Common O/S, so to have a bigger % of the Co.


In both cases (a), and (b), 0.00015 seems to be a very cheap PPS to be averaged at. This is why I am doing all I can, to try to average down below that PPS of 0.00015; Even if that forces me to accumulate half a billion shares !


If you don't get served by UBSS, you may want to try and reroute with AUTO. I haven't tested AUTO, but if UBSS doesn't serve me, I will also try to buy through AUTO, next week.
AUTO seems to have jumped very actively since yesterday. AUTO could be the seller since yesterday (just a thought).


On low volume, and after the sell-off yesterday... everybody is trying to buy 1's. So I doubt I'll get anymore shares. Let pass a few days/weeks, and with the lack of news and SW not disclosing the real O/S, nor explaining what was the "504" for, ... and some more 1's will be served.

My buy orders lasts all month long, and I will place more for june, if I don't get filled.

RANZY: I was going to convert my divies, but finally didn't, as everybody, due to the fact that commons at 0.0001-0.0002 are cheap compared to 0.00015 restricted.

It would have been stupid to convert @1.5 when 1's can be bought. And 0.0002 will look like a fair PPS, in the future.
