Sometimes we come out of the darkness into the light slowly. I have pulled even my small .012 order. This company, in my opinion, is in an ugly mess. No position should be attempted until an objective analysis of this company's attempt to raise capital through private placement. Could be as bad as the Kmart bankruptcy which left existing shareholders with nothing.

New investors just considering FASC--my advice is hold your powder. Only you can decide whether to take your losses. Do your own DD--but don't get blindsighted into reading only one-sided posts.
