MotorSports Emporium Transforms Its Business
MSEM Unveils New Direction for Company

MotorSports Emporium Inc. (OTCBB:MSEM) today unveils a new direction for the Company moving forward.

Kenneth Yeung, President of MSEM, comments, “MSEM is rapidly transitioning itself away from the motor sports business and into a worldwide leader in manufacturing and development of the technology of building panel with exceptional reinforcement characteristics and high strength. Last week’s acquisition of International Building Technologies, Inc. (IBT) was part of MSEM’s new direction.”

Panel technology consists of: The IBT Panel is a three-dimensional wire truss network, with an expanded polystyrene core, and covered with layers of Portland Cement Plaster. The 7.0 pd/m2 of high resistance steel (100,000 psi) in the wire network and the applied plaster provides exceptional reinforcement characteristics and high strength to seismic and wind loads. The lightweight panel system reduces foundation requirements, provides insulation which results in energy savings, versatile in design and use with complete architectural freedom and flexibility. The panels are used for sound barrier, security and property walls, exterior and interior wall systems and roof systems, flat and pitched. This technology can be utilized in either multi-story buildings or residential construction. For more information, visit www.ibtgi.com.

MSEM has assumed the responsibilities over a project in Suijiang, Yunnan province of China, whereby MSEM will work with the Chinese government to build a panel production plant to supply the panel products to build a new town with building areas of more than 5,000,000 m2. “Our experience and resources throughout China should allow MSEM to take full advantage throughout this region. The project in Suijiang could last for several years, contributing significantly to our revenue growth,” stated Yeung. For more information about the Suijiang project, visit www.suijiang-government.com.

In addition to China, MSEM will utilize its global business contacts and move forward with other opportunities throughout Central America, the United States, Southeast Asia countries and the United Arab Emirates.

Yeung concluded, “Because of its versatility, our panel technology is quickly becoming the forefront of building materials throughout the world. Our universal contacts and experience will position MSEM well ahead of its competitors.”
