4HeAlone-- You are doing a great job as our contact with the company and I am in no way critisizing your efforts BUT--It is also important to get someone that can give you some help. Our Ibox is really starting to slip (as an example) and I know you'll agree that it's important to keep it current.
Surely someone has the time and know how to help you.
