ISYM is a OTCBB shell with 1 million outstanding. My only concern digging deeper is that they have done some preffered share financing and sold sales at .005-.05. They are preferred and not in the outstanding number once they convert then the outstanding could go up another 5 million shares. Then again a lot can change when a deal gets done. Most bb shells have much higher market caps that is why I like this one at current levels.
