what you guys feel about the following e-mails (peter is me)?
i asked if any unforeseen encumbrances have come up
he replied "We are waiting for final audit numbers should receive those in the next wk or so if all is in order
Within 2 to 3 wks we should be able to wrap it up. It all seems to take a bit longer than anticipated but looks like its on track from my vantage point."
i asked "is there any estimate as to how much the stock of the new company is going to be after the merger?"
he replied "Peter, it would only be a guess and until I see the final audit numbers hopefully this wk.
and I know the exact capitalization theres just no way I could venture a guess but I would
Certainly think that there's more value post merger than there is now or I wouldn't be doing it."
i asked "so assuming that all goes smoothly, the merger should be complete the week of May 14th?"
he replied "Once again must see final audit to venture a guess. Peter, my best guess is 3 wks from now, this wk. to get audits in hand next wk to complete agreements and due diligence and complete it following wk now I could be off a wk or two on either side it could get done earlier or a bit later.thats my best guess."
i asked "so this merger is DEFINATELY going to happen?"
he replied "Peter,we,ll know as soon as we look at the completed audits and the definitive agreements I am hoping to see the audits this wk some time.best I can give you." and also "Peter, I believe it is on track ang going to get done I have no control over the audit but they tell me it should be finalized this wk,so I should get it don,t you agree.Nothing is definate untill the its signed and OK,d by both boards but I believe it will happen."
