Well Good Evening.
Had to go pick my daughter at school 2 hours away or I would have replied sooner.
It was really a hand patting session more than anything.
It was not as specific as you may have wished, however here are a couple of direct responses taken right off of the email. (you may be able to deduce the question from the response)

"We do not control the market."

"The reason customers names are not in Press Releases is they don’t want it there."

"Our numbers reported to the SEC in our 10 Q’s and 10 k are audited numbers and speak for what the company is doing. If you look at the information you will see that we are on a path to cleaning up outside debt and turning the corner as stated in our press releases."
