im going to have keya or runningwild ask the i/r about why us ameritraders have not yet seen our shares.. they just emailed a similar response to my dad today..

Holders of record of PAIM shares as of 2/26/07 are to receive
payment of restricted PROL shares. Eligible shares with our firm
are on record with the transfer agent so that payment can be made.

Unfortunately, we have yet to receive payment for eligible holders
on this distribution. At this time, we do not have an expected date
of receipt as of yet. Accounts will be updated accordingly once
received.
