The Prospectus will be available to interested investors but will only be provided by the not yet chosen "clearing house".

To sum it up though the properties will be at or under $1.5 mil. purchase ea. with $350K-$400K annual revenues ea..

Estimates are annual dividend income per unit of $.15 -$.20 with scheduled 1.5 to 1 forward split / 24 mo. based on assesments.
