Attention:This is stright from IR mouth
I talk to IR again. He said company need money desperately and only can get loan from NIR,becuse company is not cash flow positive, He also said NIR can not sell shares because the PPS is so cheap, If company can't get money possible Bankruptcy or NIR take over the company for the debt
