Okay, I could really use a break on this and many other things-:) Honestly, do you think this crazy thing is still a play to risk some additional $$? I have a portfolio littered with "sure things"-:) I would love nothing more that to prove the bashers and naysayers wrong and make a big score on this thing. Something tells me you don't believe this is circling the drain...
