Got this from my broker today...

I have contacted our clearing firm in regards to your position QKBYZZ
This security is now trading under symbol QBYT, however DTC has yet to receive
the shares from the company's transfer agent. DTC will not allocate the shares to Penson
until they are received from the agent. Likewise, we will not process the 1 for 200 reverse
split and allocate the shares to the your account until they received by our clearing firm from DTC.
