That is what I was told, it sounds fishy to me also. Ameritrade only would say that they knew nothing about the dividend and told me to call the company and they gave a phone number that does not work. I used the phone number on the website and asked to speak with someone about the stock divvy. If anyone with an Ameritrade account got the divvy, then let us know.
