Think anyone at all familiar with this knows Fan is just as responsible as Olsen and the California Labor Division has been very clear just how responsible Fan is.

The only thing Fan is trying to solve is how to dump the liability of this POS onto a foreign corporation.

If you still believe Fan is innocent in all this, I'm sure there is someone who would love to sell you a bridge in New York...or some hot dog stands in Nevada...or some oil rigs in Texas...or a "production studio" in Burbank...or whatever it is they are selling from the back of the truck this week.
