SkyPort is working on a solution that will allow our CT to be deployed anywhere in the world through a private network of satellites. Initial focus will be on the container industry for the CT. SkyPort satellite communications are not affected by weather and other interferences which are common problems with the existing satellite technology. Their satellites are at an altitude of 22 miles which is much higher than the cellular satellites. This is why they have been chosen to provide mission critical communications to the Dept of Homeland Security and other governmental agencies. Their home office is near NASA in Houston. If this all works out, I was told that there would be an initial 2K - 3K CyberTrackers purchased for deployment on an initial order. SkyPort has looked at most of the tracking solutions on the market and SkyPort feels like HISS has the best product available for their integration with gov't solutions. They visited HISS towards the end of last year and are well aware of the past and present issues surrounding HISS. They are very high on our company moving forward. SkyPort is a privately owned company expecting to IPO in 18-24 months and stated to me they were doing business as if they were already a public company to make the transition easier. This could be huge. This was a very nice find Stock.
