because you wouldn't get it for $100,000...
you can't buy SA1 for 0.20 in frankfurt you can sell it there for 0.20 :)

bid 0.20 ask 0.40... if some1 is dumb enough to sell it there for 0.20 there would be some volume but it's 0 volume!
