the Defendant i posted is Cage Supervisor, broker to broker US$ their Address is at the CNS (omnibus)... the CNS as far as i can tell, is a DTCC "product" according them:

the DTCC appears to me to be on the defendant list..

and yes, serfdom, there are several other entities on the defendant list that shouldn't/don't have shares.. like First Clearing LLC... NSSC...

and defendant 468? right before the cage supervisor? that's JEFF the MM...
i'm really surprised at how little research is being done on the defendant list here..
