I typically prefer to paraphrase contact with companies, but I don't see any harm in this:

"The 10-SB was delayed due to the auditors conflicts with tax time it will be submitted shortly."

I saw your question yesterday, and I thought it was a good idea, so I asked. Things seem to be going pretty well for WWEN. Everyone just needs to relax and breathe :)
