I emailed yesterday. The 10-SB appears to have been held up at the auditors because of tax time conflicts. Most of that should be complete, and I suspect it will be submitted any day now.

While I don't think the financials themselves are going to be overly impressive (they still aren't producing anything), this filing should be seen as a major milestone for WWEN on its quest for a higher exchange. So far, the CEO is keeping the company funded without dilution. Whether or not they can continue like this remains to be seen. Regardless, I'm very curious to see how the share price holds up in the long term.
