MDFY acquired Petel, Inc., a private company, in a stock only transaction, the company name was changed to Petel, Inc. and the symbol changed to PTEL. The number of shares you held immediately before the deal was closed remains the same, only the symbol and value has changed.

Petel, Inc. has 2 divisions, the Medify-related group (MedifyRemote, SystemOne partnership w/ TPP) and an adult side.
