YES… 810 TRILLION Dongs about 40 times more than Iraq.

So Vietnam is currently only backing their M2 at about 25% with reserves.

Just a couple observations.
Iran and Vietnam, M2s of 950 trillion and 810 trillion, exchange rates of 9256 and 16112.
Iraiq Dinar, 18/19 trillion M2, 1263 exchange rate.
I once did a chart on IFF. It was of all the exchange rates higher or equal to 1 US dollar.
They all had an M2 amount of between 10 and 30 billion.
Just all a big coincidence I guess.
