If it drops, I'll buy more shares at a lower price...I realize from prior experience on companys' producing AF's and preparing for uplisting often go through many difficulties during the process. Rarely does anything thing get completed on time..Just like building a home...Construction is almost never done on time..Its the nature of things... So if EI is delayed on any phase of development this year or next...It doesn't really mean anything in terms of the values at hand. The priorities begin with product and market, supply and demand. Proper management doesn't mean things are always in the companys' control..Working with accounting firms requires a certain understanding be observed, one of patience and staying informed amoung the principles involved. They are often handling many clients simultaneously. Filing and uplisting also involve matters out of the companys' control.. Like waiting in line at DMV except on a much larger scale...The SEC is limited in their staffing and their case load often piles up causing further delays in meeting time line goals. Many CEO's will not PR specific dates regarding Financials and SEC Uplistings.
