The site does not list exactly where the extension is being tacked on. Given that they were given a 60 day extension previously, which is not over, I am going to guess they mean 30 days after that; but again, that is only opinion.

There is no specific link i can give you in PACER. It is open to the public, but you must register, and each page viewed costs .08 cents. The case numbers, should you log into pacer, are in the IBox.

According to the reporting of a "duped" company: As of 1/22/07, the Company had 200M (Float) & 700M (OS) Shares. However, according to TD, on 3/16, 382M shares were traded; on 3/20, 302M were moved; between 3/15-3/22, 898M total. I wonder who to believe.
