If you aren't mature enough to discuss the positives AND negatives of NNRF or any other stock then perhaps you need to put everyone except yourself on ignore.

NNRF isn't hiding the fact that the shares were issued. They posted the information right on the home page of their website. 40 million shares outstanding!!!
