At this point, TONS Of shares can't be being dumped. It is indeed a very few residual being sold. Now, I forgot one thing and that is that 700 mil of the shares are restricted, so the max float at this time if the AS is fully maxed out can only be 800mil. Of that, we know about 500-700mil are tied up in retail hands. So, the remaining float shouldn't be more than 100-300mil.
