Formal justification ? I don't buy it. One would have to provide a link from a credible source indicating that before I would ever come close to believing that. The fact is, AURC management knows who the record holders are on the date required for divis to be issued. Stating that formally isn't required. I look at this PR as right in line with what we've seen all along. It's simply not convincing, at least to me it's not.

You need to have a formal justification for paying a certain group of shareholders more cash. The same thing is achieved by honoring the commitment of the past of issuing stock dividends to shareholders at a certain date."
