I assume that the 10% comes out of the previous float still in the possession of the company. Does make a difference to the holders who officially owns them at the time of purchase. I know that I would be interested in having 10% more of the float at the time of all-shares purchase. Wouldn't you?

So I guess I still don't understand your point.
