I meant thousand... mistyped I guess... anyways... the question still rises, why did they us that 62.5 mm number unless the outstanding common were in that 10 billion range... interesting... like to see that explained away...

I'll go with your number ...

but even the mulshine post was talking about only 400 million... to get it down to 815 so if he has a handle, mulshine, which I strongly doubt also, then the real count is somewhere in the 1.4+ billion range based on mulshines comment... right?

in my opinion...
