About 10,000,000 shares are held by officers and they have a lock-up agreement and cannot sell
There are also about 13,000,000 shares that are subject to either a lock-up or leak-out agreement.
We could sure use more shares in the float as it may help calm the volatility but I think there would be very limited quantity in the leak-out agreement. This allows a small sale each month by the party who is covered by this.
It is pretty obvious that at theses low prices it would not be a wise move to sell anyway.
