Solid:
It's not an IPO. You know that.
Edit: You also know that simply changing the symbol have nothing to do with changing share structure or distribution. All it means, no more and no less, is that the name of the company was changed. File a name change amendment to the Articles of Incorporation in Delaware, notify the SEC and get a new symbol. Really, it's not that big a deal, in and of itself.
The structure is Ptel w/ 2 divisions, the adult side and the Medify side. The adult side produces revenues, Medify does not, yet.
I still think it will, and now can finally be fully developed and financed properly. I thought when I first got here that Medify was a great product and had tremendous potential. I still do. And, while I may be drinking koolaid, I've always liked koolaid, even as a kid, and now as an adult.
Btw, how much time did you spend on DD when you first came into Medify? What are new investors supposed to do? And, for good measure, how many adult businesses have you invested your money in?
I displayed my frustrations yesterday about what I perceived to be a lack of PR....several people chided me about expecting too much on day one. After thinking about it, while also doing additional research, I think they were right....that I was jumping the gun.
What I do see now, is bid/ask figures that are rising. It may not be a meteoric rise right now, but as for me, I'd rather see a sustained and continual rise rather than a roller-coaster chart.
If nothing else, it makes it easier to explain to my wife when I'm visiting an adult site....honey, REALLY, I'm doing some due diligence research. She'll give me a rash of crap, until I then show her the bottom line of the investment account. Then I'll be a frickin' genius!
