maybe I am wrong... what you are saying is there is more than 10.5 billion outstanding common to get the stated 62.5 million preferred... now if true that is a big issue ... anyone want to jump in.... I am open for all thinking here...

I think 375million common to max out deal... could be wrong though...

in my opinion...
