I invested into this stock because John Fleming said publicly that no reverse split until they were at around $.38 per share and it could be posted here if someone went to the interview and picked it off then posted it. I think it was on wallst.net, not sure. Surely some others here heard the interview and know what I speak of.

Words from John Flemings own mouth stating that no RS until that price was acheived and then to get on a bigger exchange. So if he lied to the public then he would be guilty of fraud in my view and I would want to go after him in a court of law.

If he were to do a RS now, it would be because he is just a sorry no good SOB in my view. No punches pulled here, for I have fallen victim to those type scams before and I do not like it one little bit.

On the other hand if he is an honest person and lives up to his word through smart business and money management, I will kiss his feet when I saw him.
