I believe all of the convertibles and warrants have expired. I/we may have to read through the posts to find the info. I believe the bottom line is DANS history of not releasing PR's. May have to squeeze them directly soon. And yes I agree, $1.00 should be a no brainer and yes the multiple should make this an easy $6.oo stock.
